How to stimulate your G-spot with penetration

Yes, we’re really into the clitoris, but why stop there? If you know how to stimulate your G-spot through penetrative sex, that’s another pleasure point to add to your list. Sure, it’s not ALL about penetration, but penetration is great, and we like it just as much as everything else!

One of the hardest things about sex (penis-vulva) is preventing it from becoming monotonous and ensuring both parties are equally satisfied. In this respect, those with a vulva will find it a teensy bit more complicated because many don’t know how to achieve orgasm through penetration and, in all likelihood, their partner can’t locate their G-spot either, something which would bring enjoyment to both.

Laurie Mintz, professor of psychology and sexuality at the University of Florida wrote in her book "Becoming Cliterate: Why Orgasm Equality Matters – And How to Get It" that “not achieving climax with another person is a serious problem which affects 50% of women aged 18-35”.

What’s more, the Kinsey Institute carried out a study with “interesting” results: Women reached orgasm 61% of the time, whereas it was almost 86% for men.

Ahem, did someone say, “orgasm gap”?

And, yes, this clear imbalance when we it comes to pleasure in penis-vulva sexual relations is a product of lack of knowledge, principally of the clitoris. Its more than 10,000 nerve endings make the clitoris THE PLEASURE TOOL, but this doesn’t mean that it’s the only route to pleasure for women. And, in fact, it isn’t.

The G-spot

There are schools of thought which argue that the G-spot is nothing more than the “roots” of the clitoris, the internal part of our pleasure organ rubbing against the vaginal walls and giving us thrills.

Whatever the case, the G-spot exists, it’s pleasurable and something both you and your sexual partners can locate with ease so you can enjoy it like never before.

How to stimulate the G-spot

First, let’s find it. The G-spot is located in the front part of the vagina. The simplest way to access it is by shaping your fingers like a hook and inserting them into the vaginal entrance

Remember, your fingertips need to be facing the front wall to make it simpler to detect different depths and textures, as these will be your clues for locating the G-spot. Your excitement is also part of the search! The more excited you are, the easier it is to find as, when stimulated, the G-spot swells and protrudes slightly from the vaginal wall.

When you reckon you’ve found it, move your fingers, press gently, rub it softly and enjoy. Keep trying until finding it and enjoying it becomes second nature. Once you mastered it with your fingers, try toys. Go slowly, building up, discovering which is your favourite toy for your G-spot, exploring different textures, shapes, and angles…

Lastly, try and find it during penetration with your partner. Go gently. A position in which you have control could be very useful. The best ones? Those with you on top. In addition to deeper penetration, you can set the rhythm and angle so it’s just right for you.

Try The Cowgirl or The Crab positions, choose the one you like best. Don’t worry if you don’t find it at first. With all the trying, there’s one thing that’s certain: you’ll have a great time.
